The position can be based in Stockholm or Malmo with the potential for Remote work from any location in Sweden.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with our hiring managers to hire Top Talent for various business groups within EMEA
• Leverage your strong excel and critical thinking skills to problem solve as well as create relevant reporting for your business
• Utilize a variety of techniques to proactively identify talent
• Handle the application process end to end and keep our applicant tracking system updated
• Support projects which will drive process improvements and innovation
• Provide a Best-in-Class candidate experience for all applicants
Requirements
• Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, identifying and assessing talent
• Detailed knowledge of the European talent market
• Experience in recruiting for roles in different countries at the same time
• 360 in-house and agency experience in a fast paced environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and quick decision making skills
• Fluent English, additional European language a plus
• The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
